Skorpios was formerly owned by Aristotle Onassis the late Greek shipping billionaire who was married to Jackie Kennedy (the wife of the 35th President of the United States, John F. Kennedy) and recently sold to the billionaire businessman Dmitry Rybolovlev. Skorpios has over 200 varieties of trees imported to the once nearly barren island by Aristotle Onassis. There are also many sandy beaches on the east side, also created by Onassis. A little further, in Meganissi, there are thousands of bays, shaping small fine fiords.
